Ticketing Terms & Conditions
- All children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Adults must purchase tickets prior to the event at Killruddery.com.
- Killruddery event tickets are non-refundable and not for re-sale by third parties.
- Cancellations and refund request must be received in writing by email events@killruddery.com Please take careful note of your date and time booked.
- Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect bookings in respect of which we have already sent you a booking confirmation, except in cases of obvious error.
- To successfully process your on-line booking, we will take your name, address and other details, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and then you will be transferred to a secure page to enter your credit or debit card details and finalise the payment process.
- Accordingly, please do not send us payment information using email.
- We reserve the right, from time to time, to run special promotional offers on events.
- Special Offers may include, but are not limited to, price promotions. In the event of a Special Offer, additional T&C may apply which will be made available at the time of booking After making a booking you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your booking request.
- All bookings are subject to availability of the Event and formal acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you a confirmation e-mail stating that the booking has been confirmed (the ‘Booking Confirmation’).
- Event attendees shall be required to keep their personal belongings with them at all times and we accept no liability for damage to, or loss of, personal belongings.
- We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities.
- Our events are very popular and may be fully booked on any given day, please be aware that if you miss your time or day we may not be able to accommodate you at an alternative time.
- If you wish to gift your tickets to a friend or family member, please let us know in order to change booking names.
- The original ticket holder should let us know. We cannot discuss bookings with third parties.
- Killruddery also reserve the right in our absolute discretion, to cancel your booking where we need to do so due to circumstances outside of our control (including, but not limited to, situations where sufficient numbers have not booked for the event. In the case of cancellation, you will be offered a refund or an option to move to another available date
